Please visit our I-10 Accident website for updates, news, information, and more. We developed this website for several reasons.
1st, the keep people in Arizona up to date regarding accidents that seem to be repetitive and too frequent on Interstate 10;
2nd, to inform people in Arizona regarding the continuing accident history, as well as the dangers while driving on Interstate 10;
3rd, to educate people in Arizona of the history of I-10 accidents, and the litigation that occurs when one of these serious accidents happens.
Most recently, we represented a family that was devastated on August 19, 2007, when a car going the opposite way crossed over flat dirt median and slammed into their car. Life changed instantly for this family when Michael (husband/father ) and 6 year old Sydney (daughter/sister) were killed.
There was no median barrier to prevent the other car from crossing over into the opposing lanes.
In February 2012, a Maricopa Jury found the State of Arizona 100% negligent for the crash, awarding the surviving family members $7.8M.
Now, five years later, there still is no median barrier. The crashes continue to happen.
We presently represent a family that lost their wife/mother in May 2008 due to a crossover, at nearly the same spot as the August 2007 crash.
We are presently representing another family for another crossover crash that occurred closer to Tucson on the I-10, where 3 family members were killed and two others very seriously injured.
We sincerely hope to keep you updated on the progress of these cases, as well as the ongoing efforts to try to convince the State of Arizona to install median barriers between Phoenix and Tucson.
