Personal Injury Reviews. How trustworthy are they?
These absolutely matter, but like any other open forum system, you have to temper the responses you read. Happy people don’t always write reviews while unhappy people live for it (the misery loves company theory).
I wouldn’t eliminate an attorney from consideration from one or two bad reviews because unreasonable and/or unrealistic clients can be very vindictive. However, I would recommend you read and compare all reviews.
Can you perceive patterns of behavior/conduct ascribed to the attorney or firm in question by multiple reviewers? Are the reviews about the attorney’s actual conduct or office policies? The good reviews should far outweigh the negative reviews.
Which leads us to a second part of this often asked question. How do you find the best law firm?
Top personal injury attorney AZ: Is there a way to determine the best law firm? Or is this all opinion?
Is there a way to determine the best restaurant in Phoenix? Or the best Pediatrician? I think this is largely opinion.
Some awards and honors are objectively dispensed while others come from contributions. As with any comparison, ask people you know and search the internet and read all reviews, understanding that even the best of attorneys can have an unreasonable client that writes an unfavorable review.
Read and compare. Look for trends among the reviews, such as whether the good reviews offer any consistent conduct that warrants the good review, and the same for negative reviews.
